Absolutely thrilled with these planters. These days ordering anything "brass" or "gold" is such a risk because gold finishes can be horrible sometimes. These are truly beautiful. Yes they are somewhat shiny but it is rich and elegant. I have them paired on a plant stand with 4 other matching cream ceramic with gold lines and the 2 solid gold planters I'm reviewing completes the picture perfectly. Highly recommend!
