Where do you ship from?

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately, due to the size of our items, we cannot ship to PO boxes.

Do you ship to residential addresses?
Yes, we do ship to residential address.

Do you ship to international addresses?
No, we ship to Continental U.S. only.

How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping & handling costs are determined by the weight and size of your order and your shipping destination.

What are your shipping / delivery times?
3-7 business days

I need my item sooner, do you offer express shipping?
Yes we do. Call us at (626) 855-8890 and we will quote you for the express shipping rate.

My package was lost/stolen in transit or arrived damaged.
File a claim at https://claims.route.com/. Have your email and order # on hand. Follow the instructions on the portal to have your claim be reviewed. If you need help, please refer to this guide.
Note: Route is for reporting lost/stolen/damaged packages ONLY. If you want to issue a standard return, please email us at sales@galorehome.com and we will send you an RMA form.
